Taking the grid system of Barcelona’s iconic Cerdà plan as its foundation, ZBL designers extracted the city's distinctive order and geometric romance.

The premier proprietary 961 caliber integrates a century of architectural texture directly into the dial space, restructuring the volume and artistic atmosphere of the mechanical watch.

The layout faithfully recalls Barcelona's grid pattern. Clean orthogonal lines replicate the city's intersecting streets, giving the dial a sense of open, structural clarity. Beneath its sharp geometry lies an underlying harmony—bringing grand urban planning to a wearable scale. It strikes a refined balance between mechanical precision and modern architectural art.
